LOIDE IYALOO SHINDJELE
ACTING DEPUTY SECRETARY GENERAL RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTRATION
Loide Iyaloo Shindjele is a grace-driven and community rooted young leader who currently serves as the Acting Deputy Secretary General of the Namibia National Students Organization responsible for Admin (NANSO). Her journey in NANSO began at branch level in 2022, where she served as Educational Officer, Vice Chairperson, and later as Chairperson of the UNAM Main Campus Branch.
Her growth through these ranks reflects a deep commitment to student centered leadership, collaborative problem solving, and the kind of representation that prioritizes action over applause.
As she transitioned into the regional structure, she continued to build on this foundation first as ICT Officer, then as Regional Secretary, and ultimately as Vice Chairperson of the NANSO Khomas Regional Executive Committee. Her current role
on the National Executive Committee is a culmination of years of consistent service, grounded in the values of equity, voice, and justice for all Namibian students.
Outside of her work in NANSO, she is the co-founder of Saviors Hand Charity Organization, a charity initiative driven by compassion and the desire to uplift Vulnerable and overlooked communities. Through this platform, she has led outreach efforts aimed at addressing the immediate needs of vulnerable groups, while also creating awareness around mental health and the importance of safe, inclusive spaces.
Her leadership is marked not by titles, but by impact, a steady and thoughtful presence in every space she occupies. She remains deeply passionate about advocacy that listens before it speaks, stands firm in discomfort, and insists on a future where no one is left behind.
