LAVINIA T. LEONARD

Lavinia T. Leonard is a servant leader and Medicinal Chemistry scholar at the University of Namibia. Her leadership journey in NANSO began in 2017 as Secretary of Education and Research for the Oshikoto Regional Executive Committee, and later as the Regional ICT and Communications Officer for Khomas in 2023. Currently, she serves as Secretary for Basic and Secondary Education in the National Executive Committee of NANSO, where she advocates for the advancement and well-being of children, whom she regards as the bedrock of every thriving society. Lavinia serves as the Lead Coordinator of The Lotus Project, a Namibian charity organization dedicated to grassroots empowerment and upliftment through community-based development. Guided by humility, purpose, and an unrelenting drive for impact, she continues to lead with clarity, conviction, and a deep belief in transformative leadership.
